We only collect what you provide when you use the Quick Quote bar or the Contact page form:

• Your full name and phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give it (optional on the Contact form)
• The service and vehicle type you are asking about
• Your requested date/time, duration, and passenger count
• Your pick-up and drop-off locations — an address, and if chosen via search or the map, its coordinates
• A flight number, only if you select an airport transfer
• Any additional requirements or notes you choose to type

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents, driving-licence details, or any account/registration information anywhere on this site. Nothing beyond the fields above is collected.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the vehicle rental or transportation service you asked about. Under the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), submitting the Quick Quote or Contact form is processing that is necessary to take steps you requested toward a possible service (a pre-contractual enquiry) — this is our processing basis for that data, rather than a separate consent checkbox. We do not use your enquiry information for anything else, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

The pick-up and drop-off map lets you search for an address, click/drag a pin on the map, or use your device's current location. If you use current location, your browser asks your permission and we make a single, one-time request for your position — we do not continuously track your location, and no background or ongoing location tracking happens anywhere on this site.

A location you select only sits inside the picker until you click "Use This Location", and it is only sent to us at all if you go on to submit the Quick Quote or Contact form. You can always type or search an address instead — using your current location is never required.

The map itself is drawn using OpenFreeMap map tiles (built from OpenStreetMap data), fetched directly by your browser while the map picker is open. Their standard web-server logs may see your IP address the same way any embedded map would, under their own privacy terms (openfreemap.org, osmfoundation.org).

Address search and reverse-geocoding (turning a map pin into a readable address) are handled differently: your browser sends the search text or coordinates to our own server first, and our server — not your browser — queries Nominatim (a public OpenStreetMap geocoding service). Your IP address is not passed to Nominatim; our server identifies itself instead.

If you leave a phone number or email address, we may contact you back by phone, email or WhatsApp to respond to your enquiry or discuss the service you asked about. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and this site has no newsletter or marketing sign-up of any kind.

Where this site links to WhatsApp (wa.me) or to social profiles, clicking through takes you to that provider's own service, governed by its own privacy policy — we are not responsible for what happens on their platform once you leave this site.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may keep standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address, browser/device information, the page requested, and timestamps) for security, abuse-prevention and reliability purposes. These are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not currently have a fixed, published retention schedule. We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide any service you go on to book, maintain our business records, handle any dispute, and meet our legal obligations. We intend to adopt a documented retention schedule; until then, this criteria-based approach applies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including validating and limiting what our forms accept and rate-limiting our location-lookup service against abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, correct it if inaccurate, delete it, or restrict or object to how we process it, subject to the exceptions the law allows. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 2. We do not currently have a dedicated Data Protection Officer; privacy requests should be sent to until a dedicated channel is established.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. Using this website is separate from any age or licence requirement that may apply to renting a vehicle or booking a driver, which is governed by the terms of your specific booking, not by this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
