This website provides information about Wander Crest Transport's vehicle rental and passenger transportation services and lets you request a quote. It does not process online payments and does not let you book or confirm a service instantly online — see Section 3 below.

Fleet, service and pricing information on this site is provided for general information. Where a price is not shown, it is because none has been published — the fleet pages say "Rates on request" rather than showing an invented figure, and any price we do quote you is provided separately as an actual quotation.

Submitting the Quick Quote bar or the Contact page form sends us an enquiry or quote request — it is not an automatic, instant, or confirmed booking, and no payment is taken or charged by submitting it. Vehicle availability remains subject to our confirmation, and any price we quote you is subject to that actual quotation, not a price displayed on this site (since none is currently published). A service contract is only formed once we confirm your booking with you through the process we use at that time (for example, by phone, email or WhatsApp) — not automatically the moment you submit the form.

You agree to provide accurate contact and enquiry information when using our forms. We rely on what you submit (such as your pick-up/drop-off locations, dates and passenger count) to prepare an accurate quote — inaccurate information may delay or affect the quote or service we can offer.

Please use this website only for its intended purpose — browsing our services and requesting a quote. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or abusive enquiries, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it (our location-search service, for example, is rate-limited to protect it from exactly this).

The Wander Crest Transport name, logo and site content are ours unless stated otherwise. Map data and map styling shown on this site come from OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenFreeMap / OpenMapTiles, used and attributed under their own open terms — we do not claim ownership of that map data or styling. We do not claim any trademark rights in third-party vehicle manufacturer names or logos that may appear in fleet descriptions.

This site links out to WhatsApp and, where configured, social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third-party services once you leave our site.

We aim to keep this website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
